PBX & Voice Messaging System​​

This involves configuring an Internet Protocol from a telephone line of small and medium scale enterprises to create a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) capable of switching calls between the enterprise users on local lines while allowing all users to share a certain number of external phone lines and the incorporation of voice messaging system on the PBX to allow users and subscribers to exchange personal voice messages; to select and deliver voice information; and to process transactions relating to individuals, organisations, products and services and delivering stored telephony messages. This service will increase productivity and definitely enhance customer service.
